(1) The stirring nozzle or the rubber tube connected to the stirring nozzle is blocked

The main reason for the blockage of the mixing nozzle or the rubber hose connected to the mixing nozzle is that the sandblasting machine will inevitably stop after a period of operation. After the machine is stopped, the water in the sanding fluid enclosed in the rubber hose will slowly flow into the storage tank and the sanding will accumulate. Causes a hose blockage in the hose. The stirring nozzle is fixed at the bottom of the storage tank. To clear the hose, the grinding fluid in the storage tank must be emptied before drilling into the storage tank to pull out the entire rubber hose for cleaning. Maintenance is very difficult.

(2) The spray gun in the swing sweep gun group is blocked

Cause the grinding fluid to flow back from the compressed air pipe connected to the spray gun to the main air supply main pipe, and then flow from the main pipe to the filter cup of the moisture filter in the air source three-piece, so that it is filled with abrasive fluid. Except for a small amount of blockage of the grinding fluid pipe, most of the cases of blockage of the spray gun are caused by the blockage of the compressed air pipe with a relatively small pipe diameter. Because there is a one-way switch in the compressed air pipeline of the spray gun, this switch is composed of a rubber plug and a spring. When working, the compressed air flows into the air pipe of the spray gun, and the rubber plug is pushed open by the air pressure to overcome the elastic force of the spring. As soon as it stops, the rubber stopper should be lifted up under the action of the spring force, closing the intake pipe and preventing the backflow of the scrubbing liquid from the air pipe. However, due to the fatigue damage of the spring, the decrease of the elastic force or the interference of the abrasive fluid around the one-way switch, the rubber plug cannot completely close the pipeline, and the abrasive fluid at this time will flow back to the air pipeline with relatively low pressure along the gap. To prevent backflow of the scrub, do:

①When the sandblasting machine is working, pay attention to observe the spraying of compressed air and abrasive fluid from the spray gun. If the air or abrasive fluid is blocked and the flow rate is reduced, it should be cleared in time;

②Replace the damaged spray gun in time;

③Turn on the compressed air first and then start the grinding fluid pump when starting up. When shutting down, turn off the grinding fluid pump and then turn off the air.
