Negative pressure water sandblasting machine system: It is mainly composed of machine bucket (sand filling, water filling, stirring function) + grinding liquid pump + sandblasting gun system.

(1) Purpose

This machine is equipped with a large-caliber negative pressure siphon blasting gun, which can clean the rough surface, oxide skin, residual salt and burrs of forging and casting blanks, welded parts, heat-treated parts, stamping parts and machined parts.

Sandblasting machine processing method:

The work is only to operate the control system and load and unload the workpiece. The surface of the workpiece is sandblasted automatically by the machine. The processing sequence is as follows:

1. When sandblasting, the worker sets the sandblasting time and turntable speed, puts the sandblasting workpiece on the jig, and then puts the sandblasting disc together with the jig on the sandblasting disc.

2. The workpiece enters the sandblasting area on the conveying plate, and 2-4 spray guns automatically swing and sandblast the workpiece according to the required angle and orientation, and at the same time, the sandblasting small turntable drives the workpiece to rotate.

3. When the blasting time reaches the set value, the blasting process of the workpiece is completed, and the product is brought into the cleaning area by the conveying turntable.

After the product is cleaned, it will be output from the conveyor tray. After processing, the operator only needs to unload the finished product and put the product to be processed on the conveyor tray, so that the work can be continuously circulated.
