Carving sandblasting gun, also known as F-type sandblasting gun, is suitable for carving sandblasting of glass, stone, marble, tablet and other objects. It has the characteristics of large sand output and fast carving speed.
However, the spray gun is designed with a large horn-type nozzle, and the material currently used is generally composite ceramics, which is not as durable as tungsten carbide and boron carbide nozzles.
This shape nozzle can be sintered with silicon carbide material or made of ordinary type of pure boron carbide nozzle through special grinding. Because of the complicated process, boron carbide is used.
The cost of grinding nozzles is high, but the advantage is wear resistance. One can top nearly 400 ceramic nozzles, eliminating the trouble of frequent nozzle replacement.
The minimum quantity of engraving spray gun nozzles made of boron carbide material is more than 20 pieces, which is convenient for batch production.
