Venturi Nozzle, Single Inlet Nozzle: (Venturi Nozzle, English Venturi Nozzle)
The structure of the Venturi nozzle is divided into three parts: the constriction section, the straight section and the diffusion section, which is difficult to manufacture. The aerodynamic performance of the venturi nozzle is better than that of the straight hole nozzle, the eddy current phenomenon is obviously improved or no longer exists, and the pressure loss is greatly reduced. Under the same pressure condition, the outlet speed of the abrasive can be more than doubled, and the working efficiency is higher than that of the straight hole nozzle. Increase by 15%-40%, reduce abrasive consumption by 20%. The venturi nozzle is generally long, and the venturi nozzle outlet is gradually expanded to make the initial speed of the abrasive high and evenly spray on the surface of the workpiece. Venturi nozzles with a 1-1, 2-inch inlet are widely used in grit blasting processes for difficult-to-machine surfaces.
