    There are currently three commonly used air source control systems for sandblasting machines:
     
    1) Pneumatic control system:
    It consists of intake valve (air shut-off valve, air valve three-way), exhaust valve (manual and automatic), sand adjusting valve (manual and pneumatic control), control air pipe and pneumatic control switch (manipulator).
    When working, press down the handle of the air control switch, and control the air flow through another air pipe to the intake valve and exhaust valve, so that the intake valve is opened, the sand adjusting valve is opened (air control type), the exhaust valve is closed, and the abrasive barrel is closed. The pressure rises and the blasting operation begins.
    This type of model is currently widely used in the container industry, shipyards and steel structure processing.
    Its characteristic is that every time the three valves are switched on and off, the gas in the sandblasting cylinder will increase and discharge, and each switch has a certain time. If a manually controlled sand-adjusting valve is used, the worker has to wait for the blasting. The sandblasting gun can only be put down after all the gas in the sand tank is exhausted, because
    No pneumatic control switch is used to control the sand control valve. Regardless of whether the air control switch is on or off, the manual sand control valve is always open. There is a delay of about 4 seconds in the response of the pneumatic remote control. Pulse, the abrasive will be stored in the sand pipe to a certain extent, causing the pipe to be blocked, so the system is not suitable for sandblasting operations with a length of more than 20m. (If a manual sand valve must be used, it is best to choose a butterfly with a 45-degree inclination to shake out sand. The sand control valve can effectively reduce the sand blocking problem caused by vertical sand falling and increase the resistance)

    For sandblasting operations over 20m, it is recommended to add an electrical control system, which can greatly shorten the response time and reduce instantaneous pulses.
     
    2) Electric control system:
    Also known as wired control system, different from air control, the control line connecting the gun head to the sandblasting machine is not a gas pipe but a wire, and the electric control box switch suspended on the sandblasting machine is turned on or off through the wire, thereby controlling the solenoid valve (using the solenoid valve) Replace the air shut-off valve), and then control the switch of the main air source. You can also connect the small solenoid valve with the air shut-off valve to replace the air-controlled manual air-controlled switch.     The advantage of the electric control system is that for large sand blasting projects such as large oil tanks and ship cabins that operate over 20 meters or even 60 meters, it can limit the blockage caused by instantaneous pulses, control delays or too long sand pipes. Sand phenomenon.
    Large-scale sandblasting projects generally use a 45-degree manual butterfly-shaped sand control valve, which has the advantage of not being easy to block sand.
     
    3) Wireless remote control system:
    As the name implies, wireless remote control is to replace the wire with a wireless control device, and other configurations are the same as the electronic control type.

    2) Manual butterfly-shaped sand control valve: At present, large-scale sandblasting projects use 50-80 meters long sandblasting pipe or use smaller particle sand for sandblasting, or the rubber core in the sand control valve is hardened due to long-term non-use. Sand plugging often occurs in the sand pipe, and the manual control butterfly-shaped sand control valve is used to produce sand with a 45-degree inclination, which effectively reduces the sand plugging problem caused by the resistance caused by the vertical sand falling of the ordinary sand valve.
