The modern organizational design theory of sandblasting machine accessories is undoubtedly dynamic. It has been pointed out earlier that it includes not only the design of the organizational structure itself, but also various problems in the operation of the organizational structure. Such as management norms, performance evaluation, incentive system, staffing and training, organizational structure changes, etc. in the process of organizational structure operation. Due to some problems in the operation of the organizational structure, for example, the salary incentive system, staffing and training, etc., have been studied and discussed in detail in the relevant management disciplines.
When using sand blasting machine and iron blasting machine without exhaust box to clean castings, a large amount of harmful dust is generated, which can easily cause workers to suffer from silicosis. In addition, dry quartz grit or iron grit (0.5-2.0 mm) that hits back from the casting can hit the worker hard and may also damage the face and arms. So sandblasters and sandblasters must wear canvas overalls and fingerless canvas (preferably leather) gloves. The head wears a specially made airtight hood that covers the entire head and face, with non-shattering glass glasses or a piece of glass, to supply breathing air.
It must be emphasized that sandblasting machine accessories are very important for dust extraction devices in the cleaning section of cast iron workshops. The most dusty and least conditioned places in the cleaning and roughing section of the cast iron workshop are the working areas of the unsealed sandblasters. Therefore, the blasting chamber must be isolated from the rest of the foundry. Practical experience has shown that artificial ventilation is not very helpful here. The main thing is to do a good job in the protection of sandblasters. According to the requirements of the regulations, work clothes and hoods should be supplied, and 15-17 cubic meters of fresh air should be supplied to the hoods within an hour for workers to breathe.
