1 Operating temperature: The operating temperature of the hose is -20-70 ℃.

2 Material and structure: The blasting pipe shall be composed of the following parts: inner lining (inner layer); reinforcement layer of natural or synthetic fabrics laid by appropriate methods; outer covering layer (cover layer); Layers are mostly made of laminated cloth method and cord winding method.

3 Hydraulic requirements: the maximum working pressure of the hose is 0.63MPa. When the hose is hydraulically tested under twice the working pressure, there should be no water seepage, no local bulge, no expansion and no other abnormal phenomena. The antistatic hose maintains the pressure for 1min, the length change should not exceed ±0.8%, the outer diameter change should not exceed ±10%, and the twist per meter should not exceed 60&ordm. The burst pressure of the hose should be no less than 4 times the working pressure.

What aspects of the blast pipe affect its resistance

Generally speaking, the development of the pipe industry is relatively fast, and the needs of different industries directly determine the development of the pipe industry. It is 20 times that of vinyl chloride and 4 times that of polyethylene, and its flexibility provides a very safe and reliable guarantee for the transportation system.

3 Because the sandblasting pipe has the minimum necessary strength of 10MPa, it is more pressure resistant than other polyethylene, and can carry high pressure transportation of gas and liquid. Generally, according to SDR (SDR=nominal outer diameter/nominal regular wall thickness), the polyethylene pipe material For grading, the larger the SDR, the higher the grade.
