(1) The speed of the spray gun is unstable when the sandblasting equipment is blasting.

When the walking speed of the spray gun is slow and when the walking speed is fast, the sand sprayed by the two in unit time is the same, but the distribution area of ​​the sand is smaller in the former and larger in the latter, due to the same amount of sand Distributed on different surfaces, there will inevitably be dense and different phenomena.

(2) The air pressure of the sandblasting machine is unstable during operation.

When an air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, it is difficult to stabilize the air pressure. When the air pressure is high, more sand is sucked in and ejected. When the air pressure is low, the opposite is true, that is, the amount of sand sucked and ejected is less. If the amount of sand ejected is large, the ejected sand surface will inevitably appear dense, and when the amount of sand ejected is small, the sand surface will inevitably be sparse.

(3) The distance between the nozzle of the spray gun and the surface of the workpiece is too large.

When the muzzle of the spray gun is close to the surface of the workpiece, the spray range is small, but it is concentrated and dense. When the muzzle of the spray gun is far away from the surface of the workpiece, although there is still so much sand sprayed, the sprayed area is enlarged, and it will appear sparse at this time.

(4) Other factors.

If the sand is damp, it will also cause the sand to be sprayed unevenly.
