The production and processing of many products requires the application of environmental-friendly sandblasting machines, through which the rust layer on the surface of the material can be polished to achieve the cleanliness required by the production process. Because the equipment needs to use high-quality compressed air during the application process, it will generate a relatively large impact, so the following aspects should be checked before starting to ensure production safety.

1. Before starting the environmental protection sandblasting machine, the first thing the operator has to do is to determine the installation position is particularly accurate. As long as the positioning is accurate, the normal and complete operation of the equipment can be guaranteed. Therefore, first check the installation position of the spray gun and other components, and adjust it in time when it is found to be out of position.

2. When sandblasting, check each doorman. Before applying the device, make sure that it is turned off, and the device can only be turned on after it is running. Also, check for loose parts. Screws and nuts applied to tighten the joints should be securely fastened. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time.

3. If there is dust on the air outlet of the equipment and it is not cleaned, it will easily cause a fire once it is in direct contact with an open flame. Therefore, the dust inspection should be carried out before the equipment is put into use, mainly to check the air outlet. If the dust is found to be adhering to the air outlet, it should be cleaned immediately.

Nowadays, in order to seek better development, enterprises must invest a lot of professional equipment for production and processing. As a kind of mechanical equipment, environmental protection sandblasting machine has been used in industrial production.
