    Sandblasting machine is a machine that uses compressed air to drive abrasive materials at high speed to blast metal and non-metal surfaces to form a matte surface into an eroded surface. It is widely used and can be used for various materials and different purposes. Highly skilled, easy to operate, low processing costs, and enhance the high added value of products.

    1. Surface processing: metal oxide layer, carbide black skin, metal or non-metal surface rust removal, such as: gravity casting, removal of oxide or release agent from rubber mold, black spot on ceramic surface, uranium color removal , Painted Rebirth.

     

    2. Beautification processing: all kinds of gold, K gold ornaments, matte or matte treatment of precious metal products, matte processing of non-metals such as crystal, glass, poly, acrylic, etc., and can make the surface of processed objects metallic luster . Etching processing: Etching art of jade, crystal, agate, semi-precious stones, seals, elegant stones, antiques, marble tombstones, ceramics, wood, bamboo pieces, etc.

    Installation Instructions:

    1) Choose a site: The sandblasting machine should be installed in a place with good ventilation, dry site, access to power supply, and convenient air source.

    2) Select the power supply: The power supply used by the sandblasting machine is AC380V, 50HZ alternating current, and the power switch adopts 4P, 40A air switch.

    3) Select the air source: the air inlet pipeline of the sandblasting machine should use an iron pipe of more than 1 inch for air supply, and the air source should be dry and clean.

    4) The site, power supply and air source are ready. Please check the screws and parts of the machine to see if they are loose or smashed. If so, please fix them firmly, or update new products.

    5) Put the dust collector against the back of the main unit, and connect the vacuum tube and power supply to the main unit.

     

    6) Turn on the compressed air.

    7) Turn on the main power supply.

    8) Installation is complete.

     

    Operation of the sandblaster

    1. Sand adding: Start the dust collector and slowly pour the sand into the blasting machine. The first time adding sand is about 50-60 kg. During the operation, the sand will be consumed, so an appropriate amount of sand is required in the sandblasting process. Supplementary new sand in order to have enough sand to circulate in the machine and maintain the uniformity of sand particle size.

            Note: (1) When the new machine is used for the first time, it is necessary to clean up the residual iron filings and other impurities and sundries in the machine.

                     (2) The amount of sand added should not be too much or too little. Always keep about 50-60 kg of sand in the machine.

    2. Before each operation, the condition of each spray gun must be checked to see if it is necessary to replace the vulnerable materials such as nozzles and sand pipes. Then, start the swing motor and turn on the switch of each spray gun separately to check whether the sand output is normal.

    3. After the inspection is completed, set the transmission speed after normal, start the dust collector, start the swing of the spray gun, start the conveyor belt, turn on the spray gun switch, and then start the sand blasting process. mouth to remove the processed product.

    4. Dust cleaning operation of the dust collector: the dust collector should be shut down for cleaning once every 4 hours of operation, and the fan blades should be completely stopped during cleaning. The effective cleaning method is to open the door of the dust collector and tap the cloth pipe after every day Shake the hose rod several times, then open the lower cover of the dust collector to release the collected dust.

    5. Sand discharge operation: start the dust collector to discharge the 3-inch plug at the lower end of the separator, and the sand material will flow out.
