    The zinc spraying machine uses the arc burning between two continuously fed metal wires to be sprayed as a heat source to melt the metal wires, atomizes or particles the molten metal with high-speed airflow, and uses the atomized metal particles to accelerate; The technology of high-speed deposition of chemical particle jets to the surface of workpieces to form coatings. Arc spraying technology is an important branch of thermal spraying technology in surface engineering.
    Zinc spraying machine is mainly composed of frame, clamping and rotating mechanism, lifting mechanism, zinc spraying mechanism, electro-hydraulic control system and flue gas recovery system. The cast tube from the annealing furnace travels along the non-driven track through the transport trolley to reach the zinc spraying station, and the lifting mechanism works to send the cast tube to the clamping height. The clamping hydraulic cylinder moves to clamp the casting pipe, the starter motor drives the casting pipe to rotate, and the zinc spraying trolley with the spray gun runs along the length direction of the casting pipe to spray zinc on the rotating casting pipe. Zinc spraying machine is generally divided into five specifications, namely: pipe diameter 100-300mm, pipe diameter 400-700mm, pipe diameter 700-1000mm, pipe diameter 1000-1600mm, pipe diameter 1600-2600mm.
    Lifting and rotating
    The main function of the lifting mechanism station is to lift the casting pipe to the center line of the top rotation, and the rotating mechanism is to clamp and drive the casting pipe to rotate. The lower part of the two tops has a hydraulic cylinder connected to the tops, which can move the tops in the axial direction of the casting pipe, so as to tighten the casting pipe. The top rotation is driven by a motor. The torque and power of the motor mainly depend on the production cycle of the zinc spraying machine and the size of the cast pipe. The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of brackets, connecting rods and hydraulic cylinders.
    Zinc spraying mechanism
    The zinc spraying machine is composed of a zinc spraying trolley and a spraying gun. The thickness of the zinc spraying coating is regulated by international and national standards. The zinc adhesion amount on the outer wall of the pipe is 130g/square meter. The zinc wire reel enters the wire feeding mechanism through the guide wheel, and the wire feeding mechanism feeds the zinc wire into the spray gun at the set speed. Under the action of electric current, it melts, and the spray gun moves along the axis of the casting pipe under the driving of the zinc spraying trolley, and the compressed air sprays the molten zinc to the surface of the rotating casting pipe in the form of mist. The speed of the wire feeding mechanism can be adjusted according to the requirements of production.
    Electronic control device
    The power supply of the spray gun uses three-phase alternating current (380V) to be reduced to 36V safe low-voltage power through the transformer, and then rectified into direct current through the rectifier device. The positive and negative poles are respectively connected to the spray gun and the two zinc wires, the zinc wires are melted under the action of a large current, and the compressed air is controlled by the solenoid valve to spray the molten zinc liquid on the surface of the casting pipe, and the continuous work It will cause the power supply to heat up. In order to ensure normal work, a cooling fan is used for cooling.
    Fume recovery editor
    In the process of zinc spraying, the zinc powder cannot be completely absorbed by the cast iron pipe, and the zinc dust is easily diffused into the workshop. Workers working in this environment for a long time are likely to cause zinc poisoning, so it must be increased. Dust removal equipment absorbs the remaining zinc powder and purifies the environment. Generally, a dust collecting hood is added on the side of the spray gun. Since the dust collecting hood moves with the zinc spraying trolley, a telescopic pipe is required, and a bag filter is installed outside the workshop, and the flue gas is discharged after reaching the standard.
