    In the process of sand recycling, useful bullet sand, debris and dust will be mixed together. If not treated, the treatment efficiency will be reduced when sandblasting again. A suction port is added on the sand path as a sorting device, but this method cannot be completely sorted. Because the sand thrown by the bucket elevator is lump-shaped, the air suction port can only sort the surrounding dust and impurities in a lump of sand, and the dust and impurities wrapped in the middle of the lump cannot be separated at all.     Our sorter utilizes the principle of aerodynamics and the characteristics of wind-driven sand conveying to continuously, uniformly, stably and thoroughly sort the abrasive during the continuous and uniform sand conveying process of the sand suction floor. According to the inertia of different particle sizes, impurities, broken sand and dust in the recovered sand can be removed, so that the sandblasting process maintains a stable cleaning efficiency.
