    Pneumatic sand blasting room sand blasting system

    The sandblasting room produced by Dongguan Meijun sandblasting equipment is also called sandblasting room and sandblasting room. It is mainly suitable for cleaning and derusting the surface of some large workpieces, increasing the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating, etc. Before painting large workpieces Generally, sandblasting is used for surface treatment, in order to obtain a rough and flat surface to improve the adhesion and decoration of the coating. Sandblasting systems are available in both closed and open systems. For large workpieces, an open blasting system is generally used to blast the product in the blasting room, and the blasted abrasive is automatically recovered by the recovery device. According to the different abrasive recovery methods, the blasting system can be divided into two types: mechanical type and pneumatic type. The abrasive recovery of mechanical blasting system is completed by the horizontal conveying device and the lifting device, and the abrasive recovery of pneumatic blasting system is conveyed by air flow.

     1 Working principle

    control device. In order to simplify the equipment, the two parts of abrasive recovery and ventilation and dust removal can be combined. The fan sucks the abrasive, dust and airflow to the abrasive centralized filter through the honeycomb floor. The dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter, the dust adheres to the outer wall of the filter, and the clean gas passes through the filter and part of it is discharged to the outside of the workshop, and part of it is circulated into the sandblasting room. Abrasives and heavy dust continue through the abrasive chute to the sorter. The sorter is an inner and outer cone structure, and there is an adjustable channel between the inner and outer cones. By adjusting the core, the cross section of the airflow channel can be changed to adjust the separation ratio. The separation process is: When the abrasive and dust pass through the channel, due to the action of gravity, the dust and gas come out upward through the gap between the cones, while the abrasive and coarse particles fall to the vibrating screen below the cone. The vibrating screen further separates the abrasive and coarse particles, and the separated pure abrasive enters the designated hopper through the sieve hole to the sandblasting tank for recycling. The dust and gas passing through the separator are then filtered by a filter, the clean gas is discharged out of the workshop, and the dust falls into the waste hopper.
     2 Sandblasting system structure
    2.1 Basic structure of sandblasting system
    According to the process requirements, the sandblasting system selects the manual sandblasting method, and the products of different materials are equipped with special sandblasting tanks and sandblasting. Tank pressure and flow can be adjusted at any time according to requirements. Each sandblasting tank is equipped with 1-4 spray guns, and the sandblasting system can work with 4 spray guns at the same time.
    2.2 House structure
    The sandblasting house is welded by steel plates, and its skeleton is a gantry type structure. The gantry is connected by cross-connecting rods.     The lighting adopts a dust-proof lighting system, and the indoor illumination is required to be no less than 650 lx at 1.5 meters above the ground. In order to avoid the impact of iron abrasives on the aluminum alloy car body, a magnetic separation device is added under the separator to separate the iron and non-ferrous abrasives to ensure the quality of the aluminum alloy car body sandblasting. The magnetic separation device is a magnetic drum, and a permanent magnet is arranged under the magnetic drum. When the magnetic drum rotates, the iron abrasive is adsorbed on the magnetic drum due to the magnetic force on the side of the magnet; when the magnetic drum turns to the side away from the magnet, the magnetic force disappears, and the iron abrasive falls into a corresponding container. The drum rotates continuously, which separates the ferrous and non-ferrous abrasives within the abrasive.
