The helmet shell is made of FRP material, with good sealing and protection performance;
The inner layer of the helmet is a brand safety helmet or a sponge compartment (which can effectively reduce part of the noise). After the gas enters the helmet, it flows out through the compartment to avoid blowing the head directly and causing discomfort;
There is a sponge ring on the neck to isolate the outside world, a thick wear-resistant cloth shawl to the waist (similar to a short-sleeved vest), and extended particle sandblasting gloves can be worn on the arms to protect the arms;
The rear of the helmet is equipped with a 60CM air supply pipe, and the end of the pipe is equipped with a quick connector. 4 Sandblasting suit temperature controller: temperature-regulating blasting suit, air-conditioning blasting suit
The air temperature regulator uses the filtered compressed air as the energy source, and can be adjusted by the handle to obtain moderate temperature and comfortable breathing air. When the compressed air pressure is 0.4-0.7MPa, the temperature adjustment range is 10°C-40°C.
5. Activated carbon air filter
Activated carbon is a highly efficient adsorption material with well-developed microporous structure, large adsorption capacity, fast adsorption and desorption speed, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
The activated carbon gas filter is a filter that can remove dust, acid and alkali substances and harmful odor substances at the same time, making the air clean and fresh.
The filter material is bag-type activated carbon, which can be replaced.
Function: Remove gaseous pollutants. Gaseous pollutants are removed by adsorption and irreversible chemical reactions.
Application: It is used for air purification of human breathing in sandblasting room or open sandblasting process, the effect is particularly ideal, and it is easy to use.
Purification target gases: hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, volatile sulfur oxides, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene, organic acids, organic compounds.
6. Thickened sandblasting protective particle gloves: 60MM long, wear-resistant, good protection performance, light hand feel;

It solves the filtration problems of coalescence, moisture and fibrous dust. It has complete specifications and is easy to clean. Dust can be removed with a shake.
The filter materials include imported and domestic filter paper, oil-proof, waterproof, anti-static, laminating polyester fiber.
It is suitable for pulse dust removal of sandblasting machine.
