Sandblaster Activated carbon air filter:

Also known as air filter bucket, air purifier, carbon core air filter

Mainly used in sandblasting room or open sandblasting operation, and also widely used in air filtration in workshops, woodworking and dusty places.

The activated carbon filter material contains 100% surface adsorption capacity, so it can effectively remove a large amount of odor and harmful gases.

Activated carbon air filter is specially designed to deal with odor and pollution in the air, it can remove acid and alkali substances, and can permanently remove gaseous pollutants

(Gaseous pollutants are removed by adsorption and irreversible chemical reactions).

Air filter buckets are used with the following protective equipment: 

1) Tempered sandblasting helmet:

The sandblasting helmet is equipped with a thermostat to adjust the temperature. The perspective mirror is made of PVC sheet, which is very convenient and cheap to replace. The helmet material is PE thickening + flame retardant,

It has a certain toughness and is comfortable to wear when sandblasting, which can effectively reduce part of the noise.

2) Sandblasting protective clothing:

Upper body, hood, one-piece top, with air supply duct, and an air filter to filter unpleasant odors, water, oil vapor, and rust and other dust particles.

3) Sandblaster air temperature regulator

The air temperature regulator uses the filtered compressed air as the energy source, and can be adjusted by the handle to obtain moderate temperature and comfortable breathing air.

When the pressure is 0.4-0.7MPa, the adjustment temperature range is 10℃-40℃.
