二、use
1、ready
Connect each connection circuit, circuit and all pipelines according to the diagram, and check whether they are firm and sealed.
Check whether the pneumatic control system is normal and whether the manual switch is norm。
Check that the exhaust valve is closed。
Wear a sandblasting protective mask.
1)Connect the blaster to the air supply with an air hose,nd tightened correctly.
2)Connect the blast tube to the quick connector on the outlet end of the abrasive valve and lock it.
3)Start the air compressor to make the indicated pressure reach the required working pressure, and place the air compressor on the upper tuyere of the sandblasting machine to prevent the dust caused by sandblasting from being sucked into the air compressor.
4)Load clean and dry abrasive into blaster bucket。(Add sand to sand tank2/3Inside is easy)
5)Wear sandblasting protective equipment。
2、操作
1)Sandblaster holds sandblasting gun ready to work.
2)Press the manual switch, the intake valve is delayed for a few seconds, and the air source is connected。
3)After ventilation, the high-pressure air automatically opens the intake valve(Air shut-off valve)And air-controlled sand control valve, air enters the sand tank,Cylinder pressurization, The umbrella-shaped sealing valve is automatically raised to seal the feed port, and the pressure in the sandblasting machine continues to rise., The sandblasting gun can automatically enter the sandblasting state.
2)During the sandblasting operation, according to the sandblasting state, adjust the handle on the remote control abrasive valve to adjust the flow rate of the abrasive outlet,Clockwise is tight,counterclockwise for loose. The flow rate of the abrasive should not be too large. Observed under the sun or other bright light sources, the air flow containing the abrasive is not much different from the pure air flow.。
Air control sand valve adjustment steps:This machine adopts pneumatic control sand control valve,In the normal shutdown state, the valve core in the I-shaped seat is closed。
㈠Adjust the left screw so that the left beam squeezes the rubber core to the middle of the rubber core hole of the sand valve;
㈡Adjust the nut under the handle bar of the sand regulating valve on the right, and transfer it into the right beam in the extrusion I-shaped seat,Make the beam squeeze the rubber core to the left to the middle part,Close with the rubber core on the top of the left screw,形成关闭,That is to say, when the left screw and the right nut are tightened to the valve core at the same time, the valve core is in a closed state..At this time, the reference appearance phenomenon is that there is gas flowing out of the nozzle mouth, no sand is ejected, and the gas flow rate is not suitable.

At this time, observe the amount of sand. A lot of sand is sprayed out. If there is no strength, you need to tighten the handle clockwise to reduce the return space of the right beam to reduce the amount of sand. Otherwise, the amount of sand will increase.。(Note: After sandblasting for a period of time, the rubber core of the sand valve will be worn out, so repeat steps (1) and (2) until the rubber core of the sand valve is worn out and replaced.
3) When the job is finished, release the manual switch, Within a few seconds after losing the control signal, the machine automatically closes the intake valve (stop valve) and the remote control abrasive valve, and the sandblasting gun slowly and automatically stops the sandblasting work..
After all the sandblasting operations are over, close the switch of the ball valve before the main air source enters the sand tank, and stop supplying air to the sand tank.,Open the upper exhaust valve of the sand tank, In-cylinder exhaust.Turn off the power,Turn off the air compressor,Clean the remaining abrasive in the cylinder,Prevents wet clumping or sand blocking.
三, stop
When the sandblasting machine needs to be shut down for a long time, the abrasive in the barrel should be clean to prevent the abrasive from being damaged due to moisture when it is reused. The steps for cleaning the abrasive are:
1、Remove the nozzle。
2, Put the blast hose in a container.
3、Close the main air valve and exhaust valve and open the abrasive valve to the maximum.
4、Open the intake valve. Press the hand switch,Let the sandblaster work,Until more than the abrasive in the cylinder is drained clean.
When the sandblaster is placed outdoors at night, it should be covered to prevent water from entering the bucket.
四、Maintenance
1、Replace the shutoff valve(伞斗)
Open the access valve and unscrew the conical closure valve with a small pipe wrench(伞斗)down the ports (catheters) and remove them from the barrel. After replacing with a new closing valve, install it as it is. Install the inspection hole cover and tighten all the screws。
2、Replace the inlet seal
Gently remove the old seal with a fingernail or screwdriver, then press the new seal into the sealing seat。
3、Check the intake valve regularly(Air shut-off valve)和排气阀内的OLubrication and wear of ring seals, pistons, springs, gaskets and other parts.
五、Troubleshooting
1、blockage
1)No abrasive or air at the nozzle outlet
Close the intake valve and open the exhaust valve. After the blasting machine is depressurized, check whether the nozzle is blocked.
2)With air without abrasive
Open the abrasive valve to the maximum limit, open it quickly and then close the main air valve immediately(Ball valve switch at the air inlet),If this method does not work, you need to open the inspection hole to remove the debris in the barrel or open the abrasive valve to remove the blockage in the abrasive valve.
2、It is normal for the abrasive flow to be slightly unstable. If the abrasive flow continues to be unstable, a quick opening followed by an immediate closing of the main air valve can eliminate this failure.
3、Remove damp abrasive
Remove the sandblasting hose and the corresponding gasket, open the abrasive valve and the air inlet valve, and the damp abrasive can be removed (note: the abrasive inlet speed is very high, irrelevant personnel must stay away from the abrasive valve inlet). Then close the intake valve, open the exhaust valve, connect the blasting hose with the nozzle removed to the blasting machine, open the intake valve and the main air valve, and the wet abrasive in the blasting hose is also cleaned. Close the exhaust valve, then connect the nozzle to the blasting hose, and the blasting operation can resume as normal.
4、Exhaust valve does not exhaust or exhaust slowly
